Recently, Hongfa’s “High-Performance Relay Agile and Collaborative Smart Supply Chain Factory” project was successfully included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s (MIIT) 2025 Excellence-Level Smart Factory public list. This recognition positions Hongfa as a benchmark enterprise in the intelligent transformation of the relay industry. It not only affirms the company’s achievements in smart manufacturing but also highlights its leading role in driving digital transformation across the sector.

The evaluation is part of the “Smart Factory Tiered Development Initiative,” jointly launched by six national ministries, including the MIIT and the National Development and Reform Commission. The initiative establishes a four-tier development system consisting of Basic-Level, Advanced-Level, Excellence-Level, and Leading-Level Smart Factories. The “Excellence-Level” designation is highly selective, requiring enterprises to demonstrate outstanding performance in digital transformation, networked collaboration, and intelligent upgrading.

To qualify, enterprises must reach industry-leading levels in areas such as intelligent production, equipment management and control, data integration, full lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, multi-scenario system-level smart applications, and key technical and economic indicators. Additionally, recognized factories must play a demonstrative role in technological innovation, production efficiency, and green manufacturing—reflecting official certification of advanced national-level smart factory capabilities.
